Unlike standard rotary heads, the hyperbolic design pulls the wire independently for smooth, consistent straightening without additional roller systems.

Our IS-12 straightening and cutting machine is a PLC-controlled system powered by 29 kW with a 3 × 400 VAC electrical supply. Designed for wire diameters from 8 to 12 mm, it features a hyperbolic rotary head that independently pulls the wire for smooth, consistent straightening. With speeds of 30 to 120 m/min, servo-driven flying shears for programmable cutting lengths up to 12 m, machine dimensions of 20,000 × 1,200 × 1,200 mm, and single-operator design, it delivers efficient heavy-wire processing.
