The VM-10/25-1-P-2.5M is a high-performance pre-cut mesh welding line designed for precise and efficient production of large-format welded mesh panels. With PC-controlled operation and pre-cut bar feeding for both line and cross wires, it ensures excellent flexibility, consistent panel geometry, and reliable output for demanding reinforcement applications.

With a welding speed of 100 cross wires per minute and mesh dimensions up to 6000 × 2500 mm, the machine is ideal for efficient production of large reinforcement panels.
Both line and cross wires are inserted as pre-cut bars, ensuring accurate wire positioning, consistent panel geometry, and excellent flexibility for custom mesh specifications.
CUSTOMISABLE
The VM-10/25-1-P is powered by 13 × 100 kVA, with 15 kW drawing motors and a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz electrical supply. Controlled by PC, it produces mesh panels up to 6000 × 2500 mm, processing wire diameters from 4 to 10 mm. The machine supports line wire spacing from 100 to 150 mm and cross wire spacing from 50 to 250 mm, while reaching a welding speed of 100 cross wires per minute. With overall dimensions of 29,000 × 4,000 × 2,600 mm, it is efficiently operated by two workers.
