Our stirrup bending machine is a fully automatic, heavy-duty system designed for high-speed processing of cold-rolled and hot-rolled wire directly from spools. Combining servo-driven feeding, straightening, cutting, and bending, it ensures precise stirrup production with excellent repeatability and efficient continuous workflow.

The motorized feed, pulling, cutting, and bending units use electric servo drives to ensure high accuracy, fast response, and consistent stirrup geometry.
Integrated straightening, cutting, bending, and collection enable fast, continuous production with pulling speeds up to 100 m/min and bending speeds of 1000 deg/sec.
CUSTOMISABLE
Our automatic stirrup bending machine is a PLC-controlled, heavy-duty system powered by 27 kW with a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz electrical supply. Equipped with motorized feeding, pre-straightening, servo-driven pulling, electric cutting shear, and precision servo bending, it processes wire diameters from 6 to 12 mm with pulling speeds of 30–100 m/min, bending speeds of 1000 deg/sec, and cutting cycles of 0.3 sec. Supporting stirrup sizes from 100 × 100 mm up to 800 × 800 mm, with a total weight of 3.5 tons and machine dimensions of 20 × 4 × 2.5 m including pay-off and a 6 m output table, it delivers fast and highly accurate reinforcement bending production.
