Our IS-10 straightening and cutting machine is a PLC-controlled wire processing system powered by 22 kW with a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz electrical supply. Designed for wire diameters from 4 to 10 mm, it features a standard rotary head for accurate straightening at speeds of 30 to 100 m/min. With servo-driven flying shears for programmable cutting lengths up to 12 m, machine dimensions of 18,000 × 1,000 × 1,200 mm, and single-operator design, it provides efficient, high-speed wire processing.
