Our lattice girder producing machine B-90/200-1000NC is a fully automatic, high-precision system designed for efficient manufacturing of truss lattice girders directly from wire coils. All line and diagonal wires are automatically pulled from coils, ensuring uninterrupted production flow, reduced manual handling, and maximum efficiency.

CUSTOMISABLE
Our lattice girder producing machine is a fully automatic, PC-controlled system powered by 1 × 125 kVA and 1 × 150 kVA transformers, with 20 kW driving motors and a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz electrical supply. All wires are automatically fed from coils, processing line wire diameters of 6–10 mm and diagonal wires of 4–6 mm, with a 200 mm pitch, adjustable girder heights from 90 to 200 mm, and maximum lengths up to 12,000 mm. Featuring individual or simultaneous transformer switching, a welding speed of 15 m/min, a weight of 6.5 t, and dimensions of 30 × 4 × 2 m with a 4 m loop accumulator, it ensures precise and efficient large-scale girder production.
