Pre-Cut Welding Lines
Line wire and cross wire distances can be adjusted based on your needs. Machine is operating with UD system, therefore, machine is not using a mesh panel turner.
Wire mesh welding line VM-TGRE-PANEL uses wires from bars for both cross wires and line wires. Cross wire storage is on top of the machine, while line wires have to be manually inserted. Machine welds cross wires both below and above line wires so there’s no need to use mesh panel turner. Welding speed can go up to 80 cross wires per minute.

Cross wires are welded both below and above the line wires, eliminating the need for a mesh panel turner and enabling a faster, more streamlined production flow.
Both line and cross wires are inserted as pre-cut bars, ensuring accurate wire positioning, consistent panel geometry, and excellent flexibility for custom mesh specifications.
CUSTOMISABLE
Our pre-cut mesh welding machine is a compact, PC-controlled system powered by 3 × 75 kVA, with 11 kW drawing motors and a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz electrical supply. It is designed for mesh dimensions up to 6000 × 1500 mm, processing wire diameters from 4 to 10 mm, with adjustable line and cross wire spacing from 100 to 200 mm. With a welding speed of 60–80 cross wires per minute, machine dimensions of 23,000 × 3,200 × 1,900 mm, and operation by a single worker, it delivers efficient, precise, and space-optimized production for pre-cut mesh panels.
