Ladder welding line L-100/500-1000NC is a fully automatic machine designed to produce ladder reinforcements. Machine operates comfortably at 120 cross wires / minute.

CUSTOMISABLE
Our ladder welding line is a fully automatic, PC-controlled system powered by 1 × 100 kVA with a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz electrical supply. Designed for ladder dimensions up to 3000 × 600 mm, it processes wire diameters from 6 to 10 mm, with adjustable line wire spacing from 100 to 550 mm and cross wire spacing from 50 to 500 mm. Operating at speeds of 120 cross wires per minute, the machine measures 25,000 × 5,000 × 3,500 mm and requires only one operator, delivering fast, precise, and highly efficient production of reinforcement ladder elements.
