CUSTOMISABLE
Our spacer welding and bending line is a fully automatic, PC-controlled system designed for high-speed and precise production of reinforcement ladder elements. Powered by 4 × 45 kVA transformers, 20 kW electric motors, and a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz supply, the machine processes line wire diameters of 3.5–5 mm and diagonal wires of 3.5–4 mm. It supports a 150 mm pitch, adjustable heights from 70 to 250 mm, spacer lengths of 2400 mm before bending and 2050 mm after bending, and features simultaneous transformer switching for optimized welding performance. With a welding speed of 30 m/min, a weight of 10.5 t, and dimensions of 30 × 5 × 1.5/3 m, it delivers efficient and reliable large-scale production.
