Wire mesh welding line VM-10-25-1-AP-P is a semi-automatic machine made for production of welded wire mesh. Machine uses mesh panel turner. Welding speed can go up to 80 cross wires per minute.

CUSTOMISABLE
Our semi-automatic mesh welding machine is a PC-controlled, high-efficiency system powered by 11 × 75 kVA, with 22 kW drawing motors and a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz electrical supply. It is designed for wire mesh dimensions up to 6050 × 2150 mm, processing wire diameters from 4 to 10 mm with line wire spacing of 100 and 150 mm and adjustable cross wire spacing from 50 to 250 mm. With a welding speed of 60–80 cross wires per minute, machine dimensions of 30,000 × 7,000 × 2,000 mm, and operation by two workers, it offers reliable and flexible mesh production.
