Pre-Cut Welding Lines
The machine supports line wire spacing of 100 and 150 mm, cross wire spacing from 50 to 250 mm, and wire diameters ranging from 4 to 10 mm. Machine uses mesh panel turner.
Wire mesh welding line VM-10/25-1-P uses wires from bars for both cross wires and line wires. Cross wire storage is on top of the machine, while line wires have to be manually inserted. Machine uses mesh panel turner. Welding speed can go up to 80 cross wires per minute.

Our pre-cut mesh welding machine is a PC-controlled, precision-engineered system powered by 11 × 75 kVA, with 11 kW drawing motors and a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz electrical supply. Designed for mesh dimensions up to 6050 × 2150 mm, it processes wire diameters from 4 to 10 mm, with line wire spacing of 100 and 150 mm and adjustable cross wire spacing from 50 to 250 mm. Operating at 60–80 cross wires per minute, the machine measures 30,000 × 4,000 × 2,000 mm and requires only two operators, delivering flexible and highly accurate production for pre-cut wire mesh panels.
