Wire mesh welding line VM-20/25-1000NC-UD is a fully automatic machine made for production of welded wire mesh. Machine welds cross wires below AND above line wires so that there’s no need for a mesh panel turner. Machine operates up to 120 cross wires per minute.

Both line and cross wires are automatically fed from coils, ensuring continuous operation, reduced labor requirements, and maximum production efficiency.

CUSTOMISABLE
Our fully automatic mesh welding machine is a high-performance, PC-controlled system powered by 11 × 100 kVA, with 85 kW drawing motors and 3 × 400 VAC electrical supply. Designed for wire mesh dimensions up to 6000 × 2000 mm, it processes wire diameters from 4 to 10 mm, with line wire spacing of 100 and 150 mm and adjustable cross wire spacing from 50 to 250 mm. Operating at speeds of 120 cross wires per minute, the machine measures 45 × 7 × 4 m and requires only two operators, ensuring efficient, large-scale production.
Note: Our fully automatic mesh welding machine can also be configured with an integrated rolling system, allowing the welded mesh to be automatically rolled and packaged into compact coils immediately after welding.
