Fully automatic machine designed to produce welded wire mesh. 2C stands for double cross wire welding. Machine welds cross wires below AND above line wires so that there is no need for a mesh panel turner. This machine sits comfortably at 220 cross wires / minute.

CUSTOMISABLE
The machine is designed for high-performance industrial production, featuring a powerful welding system rated at 14 x 63 kVA and 155 kW drawing motors. Operating on a 3 x 400 VAC supply and controlled via a PC-based system, it ensures precise coordination, stable operation, and consistent weld quality.
It is capable of producing wire mesh panels up to 6000 x 2000 mm, supporting wire diameters from 4-8 mm and 6-10 mm. Adjustable spacing options – 150 mm or 200 mm for line wires and 150 to 200 mm for cross wires – provide flexibility for different production needs. With a working speed of up to 180 cross wires per minute, the machine delivers high output with accuracy.
Despite its large size (55 x 11 x 4 m), the machine is highly efficient and requires only two operators. Its advanced automation and user-friendly control system make it a reliable solution for continuous, high-volume production.
Note: Our fully automatic mesh welding machine can also be configured with an integrated rolling system, allowing the welded mesh to be automatically rolled and packaged into compact coils immediately after welding.
