Our IS-5 straightening and cutting machine is a PLC-controlled wire processing system powered by 11 kW with a 3 × 400 VAC electrical supply. Designed for wire diameters from 2 to 5 mm, it features a standard rotary head with a rotor speed of 3500 rpm and straightening speeds of 30 to 100 m/min. With servo-driven shears for programmable cutting lengths up to 12 m, machine dimensions of 16,000 × 1,000 × 1,200 mm, and operation by a single worker, it delivers efficient and precise wire processing.
