Our semi-automatic mesh welding machine is a PC-controlled, high-efficiency system powered by 2 × 100 kVA welding transformers and a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz electrical supply. It is designed for the production of cable tray mesh with maximum dimensions of 3000 × 900 mm, processing wire diameters from 4 to 5 mm. With overall machine dimensions of 7.8 × 15 × 2 m and operation by two workers, it provides reliable, efficient, and flexible production.
