Wire mesh welding line VM-15/25-1-AP-UD is a semi-automatic machine designed for producing welded wire mesh. It can weld at a speed of up to 120 cross wires per minute. Machine welds cross wires below AND above line wires so that there’s no need for a mesh panel turner.

CUSTOMISABLE
This PC-controlled semi-automatic mesh welding machine is equipped with 8 × 63 kVA welding transformers and 52 kW drawing motors, operating on a 3 × 400 VAC, 50 Hz power supply. Designed for efficient production of wire mesh up to 6050 × 2150 mm, it processes wire diameters rangingfrom 4 to 8 mm. The machine supports line wire spacing of 150 and 200 mm, while cross wire spacing can be adjusted from 50 to 250 mm to meet various production requirements. With an output capacity of 80–120 cross wires per minute and overall dimensions of 35,000 × 7,000 × 3,000 mm, the system delivers dependable performance and flexible operation with only two operators.
